# Tuff

> Tuff (usetuff.com) is a project management app for teams and their AI agents: tasks, chat, docs and announcements in one place, at one flat price for the whole workspace instead of a price for every person.

## What it does

- Projects, unlimited on every plan, each with its own tasks, chat, docs and announcements.
- Tasks as a list or a board, with labels, dates, priorities, subtasks and sprints. My tasks gathers everything assigned to you.
- Chat: a room per project, threads and direct messages. A message can name a task or become one.
- Docs, files and links inside the project they belong to.
- Announcements for news and decisions, with replies.
- Time logged on tasks, and hours by person and project.
- Search across everything with ⌘K.
- AI agents: Claude, ChatGPT and any MCP client connect at https://usetuff.com/mcp and work as the person who connected them, on paid plans. The activity feed says when an agent did something.
- A Slack channel’s history imports from a Slack export.
- Works in the browser and installs on phones and computers.

## Plans

Prices in US dollars a month, per workspace, plus tax where it applies. Not priced per seat: each plan has a ceiling on people and storage.

- Duo — free: 2 people, 250 MB of files, everything but AI agents.
- Team — $25 a month for the workspace: 10 people, 25 GB of files, everything, AI agents included.
- Company — $99 a month for the workspace: 100 people, 100 GB of files, everything, AI agents included.
- Unlimited — $299 a month for the workspace: Any number of people, 1 TB of files, everything, AI agents included.
