Yes. You pay one price for the workspace. Each plan has a ceiling on people and storage, and you only move up when you go past it.

Nothing is deleted and nobody is removed. You can’t add more people or files until you move to a bigger plan or make room.

Yes, in the workspace’s settings. Your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace goes back to Duo. You can get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment — refund policy.

Every workspace is kept separate in the database itself, all traffic is encrypted, the database is backed up continuously, and two-factor sign-in is available to everyone. We don’t sell your data or use it to train AI.
