- Every plan has every feature, except AI agents, which are on paid plans.
- The owner changes the plan in the workspace’s Settings → Plan. Payment goes through Polar, our merchant of record, which sends the invoices.
- Cancel any time. The plan stays until the end of what you paid for, then the workspace goes back to Duo.
- Nothing is deleted if you go over a plan’s ceiling. You just can’t add people or files until you move up or make room.
- Within 14 days of your first payment, you can get a full refund. Refund policy
